Coleridge Walking Break
Friday 18th September to Monday 21st September (4 day, 3 night break)
The Coleridge Way offers lovely walks over the Quantocks (designated AONB), passing through quaint villages, plus great walking over Exmoor, with beautiful views over moorland, the coast and of course our fantastic woodlands too.
Walking:
Format of the walks would be as follows:

Day 1: Start 12pm midday briefing, transportation to the start point at Nether Stowey. Walk from Nether Stowey to West Quantoxhead – 7.5 miles. Travel back in mini-bus.

Day 2: Start 09.00, transportation to West Quantoxhead. Walk - West Quantoxhead to Roadwater – 12 miles. Travel back in mini-bus.

Day 3: Start 09.00, transportation to Roadwater. Walk – Roadwater to Brockwell – 12 miles. Travel back in mini-bus.

Day 4: Start 09.30, transportation to Brockwell. Walk – Brockwell to Portlock – 4.5 miles. Travel back in mini-bus, ETA approx. 1.30pm

The package would include:

3 nights accommodation – Friday to Monday

Use of the minibus to facilitate the linear walks

A packed lunch if required on walking days

A full English breakfast daily

A three-course evening meal daily with 4 choices at each course – the mains always being 2 meat, a fish and a vegetarian option. Special diets can be accommodated provided we know in advance.

In order to keep to the usual pricing format, we would need a c
ommitment of 6 people for the break.
