Sample Itinerary
Day 1 – Arrival
Settle in with a warm welcome of tea and mince pies before a mulled wine reception and a delicious three-course dinner.
Day 2 – Christmas Eve
Enjoy a hearty breakfast before joining your excursion or exploring the local area. In the evening, meet for Bucks Fizz and a festive four-course gala dinner.
Day 3 – Christmas Day
Start with a continental breakfast, then enjoy free time in Dunster or perhaps a visit to Minehead. Later, raise a glass of Champagne before a traditional Christmas lunch. In the afternoon, relax with tea, mince pies, and a Christmas gift from the hotel. Round off the evening with a sherry, buffet supper, and Christmas cake.
Day 4 – Boxing Day
After breakfast, head out for another excursion. Return for a glass of mulled wine and Chef’s special three-course dinner with coffee and mince pies.
Day 5 – Departure Day
Enjoy your final breakfast before saying farewell to Dunster – until next year!

Celebrate the festive season with a 4-night Christmas Break from Tuesday 23rd December 2025 in the heart of Dunster, Exmoor. Enjoy traditional Christmas lunches, gala dinners on Christmas Eve and Boxing Day, evening buffets, and a delightful programme of activities—or simply relax and soak in the festive atmosphere.
Prices start at £725 per person for double/twin rooms or single occupancy. Family room rates and room upgrades are available upon request. Extend your stay for just £90 per person per night.

Twixtmas Break 2025
Enjoy a 3-night Twixtmas Break at the Yarn Market Hotel from 27th to 30th December 2025. This half-board package includes dinner, bed, and breakfast, plus admission to two attractions of your choice, such as Dunster Castle, Longleat Safari Park, or the Eden Project (transport not included).
Prices start at £300 per adult sharing and £150 per child (ages 3–16).
