The Views

The views in Dunster are just amazing as it is set in the middle of Exmoor National Park this makes it excellently placed for exploring the South West of England. Dunster, although small, offers many sightseeing and photographic opportunities through the Castle, Water Mill, Priory Church and the general architecture of this quaint English village.

Dunster Station is part of the West Somerset Steam Railway, and not forgetting the ancient Yarn Market Building itself which is directly outside the hotel (see if you can spot the cannon ball hole when you visit).

Walking the way to health
We are taking the initiative to encourage walking as a means of getting fitter. Organized walks are available every Tuesday and Friday morning, led by qualified leaders. Some of the views are breathtaking!
