Music Week

Sunday 8th to Sunday 15th August 2010

A Week of Great Music, Great Walking and Great Fun.

This annual week of music-making and walking will take place again this year in the picturesque Somerset village of Dunster, near Minehead.

No matter what your ability, this is a holiday where you can enjoy taking part in group music sessions as well as having the chance to perform your favorite party pieces to a sympathetic audience!

We cover a large repertoire of orchestral and choral music during the week. The main works to be studied by the choir will be: -

Durufle	4 Motets sur des Themes Gregoriens
Gilbert & Sullivan	Selected Opera Choruses
Hummel	Mass in B flat

This has always been an extremely popular week with our guests since it was first organised over 50 years ago and is suitable for all ages.

PRICES from £479 per person
£25 dicount for bookings made, and deposits recieved before 31st December 2009
Non-singing/playing guests are also welcome at reduced rates.
