Deposit Terms :- Deposits are payable on or before 28th February 2012 to confirm your booking In the event of cancellation deposits will be retained and held to your credit for up to 12 months against a future similar booking ( ie usable at the rate of £10 per person per night or £5 per meal)

Meal deposits do not have to be for a specific day – simple advise us on or before the start of the competition which days you would like to eat.

For those wishing to travel by public transport we can provide pre-booked complimentary transport at the beginning and end of the week to connect with the service 28 Taunton / Minehead bus or to the West Somerset Steam Railway. Also to 3D Big Game Round Field Event
